Track Your Package 📦
Track your packages effortlessly using the Customer Portal, also known as the dashboard. It gives you real-time updates on every package delivered to our U.S. warehouse and walks you through the steps each one goes through before it's ready for pickup.
Email Notifications 📢
Key updates and important information are sent to the email address you used during sign-up. You’ll receive emails at critical stages of your package’s journey—from the moment it arrives at our U.S. warehouse to when it’s ready for pickup in Jamaica.
Air and Sea Freight 🛳️✈️
We provide both air and sea shipping options; air for quick delivery of lightweight packages, and sea for transporting heavier shipments more economically. For all sea freight shipments, packages must weigh over 50lbs or have a minimum of 14 cubic feet. Cubic feet is calculated as (L x W x H) ÷1728. These must be done upon request.
Consolidated Sea Freight Shipping 🌊🚢
Route: China to Jamaica- Timeframe: 6-8 weeks. Rate: USD 350 per CBM (Subject to seasonal changes). 50% deposit due 20-30 days after packing for 20 CBM+.
Full Container Load 🚢
Quotes are valid for 30 days due to seasonal fluctuations. If you are shipping a full container, a 50% freight deposit is required prior to packing the container. The remaining balance must be paid one (1) week before the container docks.
China Air Freight 🇨🇳🛫
Once your package(s) are delivered to our warehouse in China, they take a minimum of 7-10 days to arrive in Jamaica. This is best for small, lightweight items. All purchases must exceed a value of US$100.
Delivery Fee 🚗💰
We are pleased to offer free delivery within Brown’s Town for all our customers. For customers outside of Brown’s Town, a delivery fee of $400.00 will apply.

Custom fee applies only for items that cost over US$100 or higher.
Toy guns, pepper spray, and all types of weapons, including swords, firearms, and ammunition, are restricted. Other prohibited items include radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters, matches, camouflage clothing or gear, and large amounts of cash.
Absolutely. All invoices are required and must be submitted once your package has been delivered to our U.S. warehouse and uploaded to your Customer Portal, or before it arrives in Jamaica. Customs mandates an invoice for every package to accurately declare its contents, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect you from fraudulent claims. Your invoice should include the order or tracking number, a clear description of the items, their prices, and a full breakdown of the total amount paid at checkout.
Any item above US$100 will have a 20% fee based on customs duty charge.
Any item above 15 lbs will have a processing fee of JM $350.
A barrel can be measured 14 cubic feet.
This is calculated by the box's length, width and height multiplied by the amount per CBM. Example: 3*3.5*3.4=35.7. If 1 CBM is US$5, then the overall CBM is 35.7*5= 178.5
The rate is USD 11 for the first pound, and USD 9 for each additional pound. US dollar will fluctuate at any given time but you will be notified via email if changes.
